Hi, my name is Erika Norris, the other half of the dynamic duo known as The Lipstick Twins! ‍♀ (yes, we are really twins ) I’m a wife, momma to two, over head crane operator at Cleveland Cliffs, and an all around boss babe.

Ever since we were little we used to be our friend’s go-to for special event styles, then when we all started to get married, we were asked to help with weddings! I have always loved to help people feel more confident and enhance their beauty through their hair and makeup.  Since Covid, we have opened up our arsenal of hair magic, and extended our books to more services.

In 2010 I graduated with perfect attendance from the Brown AVEDA Institute with a Mastering Cosmetology License! 🏼‍♀🏼‍ I specialize in braiding, updos, men’s hair, blonding, fantasy hair coloring, eyelash extensions, and eye makeup! I want to make your time with me a pleasant and fun experience while keeping everyone at ease during our time together!

We proudly use naturally based makeup products, which are eco-friendly, not tested on animals, and hypoallergenic!  Our salon is certified sustainable, and we are extremely earth conscious.
